About these terms

Just Entertainment B.V. runs our casino. The company has registration number 160603, its address is Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, Curaçao, and it holds licence OGL/2024/164/0246 from the Curaçao Gaming Authority. By opening an account you accept these terms and our bonus terms.

Who can play

You must be 18 or older to use our services. We accept players only from countries where online gambling is allowed by law, and players from the United Kingdom and the other countries on our restricted list cannot deposit or play real-money games with us.

Your account

Each person may open only one account, and the details in it must be real, accurate and kept up to date. You must not give anyone else access to your account and you are responsible for keeping your login details and devices secure. Your account does not bear any interest, and we do not offer currency conversion or exchange services.

If your account has no activity for at least 120 days, it becomes dormant. While it stays dormant and has a positive balance, we may charge a monthly administrative fee of £10.

Verification

We may ask you to confirm your identity, age, address and payment details at any time, including after an earlier successful check. You can upload documents and follow their status in the Documents area of your profile. If you do not cooperate with reasonable requests, we may suspend the account and hold funds until the checks are complete.

Deposits

Use only payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party funding is not allowed, even with the other person's permission. A deposit below the minimum amount for the chosen method may fail or be lost.

Withdrawals

Our minimum withdrawal is usually £20, depending on the method. Each deposit must be wagered three times before the related funds can be withdrawn. Withdrawals are limited to £4,000 a day, £8,000 a week and £30,000 a month, and the maximum cumulative profit in one day is £50,000. Specific events, promotions or VIP offers may set different limits.

Bonuses

Bonuses follow our general bonus terms and the rules of each promotion. While a bonus is active, the maximum bet is £5. Some games may be unavailable while a bonus is active.

Sports betting

We may refuse, limit or cancel any bet, and odds can change at any time before a bet is accepted. If an event is postponed, cancelled or abandoned, affected bets may be void or settled under our internal rules.

Claims and disputes

Contact our Customer Support to submit a claim, complaint or dispute. Disputes arising from these terms are settled by arbitration in Curaçao.
